Chapter 1 Track circuitThe college,s reform and innovation in talent training has been fruitful. In 2012, "Pilot reform of Top-notch Innovative Medical Personnel Training Mode" and "Pilot reform of five-year Clinical Medical Personnel Training Mode" were approved as the first pilot projects of "Excellent Doctor Education and Training Plan" in China. In 2019, it was approved as a first-level discipline of clinical medicine for doctor,s degree authorization, and its clinical medicine specialty was certified by the Clinical Medicine Specialty Certification Committee of the Ministry of Education. In the past five years, graduate students have published more than 500 SCI papers as the first author. The employment rate of graduates is 91.5%, and the employment rate and employment quality are among the top in the university, showing a good situation of "stability with improvement".
